Its fun to enjoy the stop motion monster creations of Ray Harryhausen, but that's about where the fun ends. In this retelling of the story of Perseus and his quest to kill the Medusa and in so doing save a princess from the impressively sculpted Kraken, script, story, and characterization take a back-seat to.
..actually, I don't think anyone's really driving, though clay-mation monsters take the wheel every now and then.
