Review of CJ7 (2008) by Dubeau — 20 Mar 2018

CJ7 is a charming movie. I think this movie is more aim to children in general. Still there is a certain amount of silly Chow's humour, but not to the level of Hustle or Mermaid. The story touches many themes but better describe as a Scifi light comedy.

The FX are quite acceptable, but nothing amazing. Young actors are a mix bag, not always good and the movie rely heavily on them. You have a lot of illogical things going on and it did badder me at times.

I give it a 65% because it's the kind of movie that put a smile on your face, and doesn't pretend doing more then that.
