Review of CJ7 (2008) by Mitchell B — 29 May 2010
Stephen Chow has such an amazing visual flair it makes up for any of the shortcomings in story pacing (of which there are plenty). CJ7, like Chow's previous films, is fun, frenetic and uniquely original in scenes but essentially steals a plotline straight from E.
T. Although we wont be getting Green Hornet, I'm still keen to see what Chow can do with an English/Hollywood film.
