I really liked this movie. not overly slapstick or goofy, but also not too schmaltzy or gooey. The story itself is pretty predictable, but the writing is excellent and the characters are endearingly human.
not the most outstanding exhibit of realism, but then how many comedies are? overall a very enjoyable feel-good comedy.
