Aka the movie my mate wrote.

There are some interesting ideas at play and a couple of decent performances. I like the intent of Si to not just wrap everything up nicely with a bow on it like some Hollywood-esque movies. That does make it feel more like a slice of life. I just envisaged certain scenes diffently to Steve Kelly. I felt the watermelon scene had a chance to be more comical. To break things up a bit. I think it got a touch depressing after a while. On the upside Danny Dyer has rarely been better and his timing was great. The line where he says "if I see you again I'll do something nasty to you, I won't hit you but I'll piss in your handbag...and maybe your face" had me in bits.

I'll be tuning in for whatever you write next though buddy!
