The gut-puking drill in the head movie. The thing about Fulci is even though he was trapped in evil, he didnt really know the extent of it, so he thought he was expressing quite lovely things it just turned out horrible.
The unhappy endings proved he was trapped in hell of his own making. These movies make you think wow I hope I never turn out like that- Bad dreams.
