Having seen anything so realistic and disturbing in a while. Cidade de Deus is a story about life in ghetto and the choices you make determines the outcome of your future. The narration is amazing, loving the multiple layers of storyline and the constant twists.
Unlike most of the Brazilian films, it's not about the beauty of the beautiful country but the dark side of poor population.
