Review of City of Ember (2008) by Bill C — 10 Sep 2010
My biggest problem with this film was the conclusion. Terrific start, the underground society was interesting, Bill Murray as their corrupt leader, fun to watch, and the protagonists journey as they solve the mystery and puzzles.
..all good. But it all kind of fell apart in the end. I felt that ultimately, too many issues remained unresolved and the open ending felt a little abrupt and awkward.
