Family-friendly fantasy film of an underground city where the power generator is failing and people have forgotten where the exit door is.
Plus Point - the city itself is beautiful. Minus points - the Enid Blyton/Scooby Doo style clues to be solved, and the slow-slow-slow-whoosh- whole-other-story stuffed-in-a-coda plot pacing. And I'm sure they nicked the Water Ride at the end from the Goonies.
