City Of Angels follows an angel named Seth who falls in love for a woman on Earth. She learns about the way Angels live and what they feel, eventually falling in love with him herself.
If it weren't for the great focus of angels in this movie, then it would just become another one of those easily predictable fantasy/romance films. Now, while this is an easily predictable film, it takes a study on angels living in our world. These angels are everywhere from the grocery store, on top of traffic lights, in the park, you name it! Of course, this may come ridiculous for some, but at least it is able to bring a good concentration on both the romance side, and the supernatural side. Romantic movie fans will be carried away by it because, both of the character's lives are being researched together for each others-making this a somewhat charming film. However, it also features some very tragic moments, if not then disappointing.
