The fundamental tearjerker. It is a wonderful movie that portrays the justice of life so perfectly. The innocent romance and the amazing end make it one of the best romantic films ever and perhaps the best of Chaplin's masterpieces.
The interpretation of Chaplin never was too convincing, the drama, the humor and the tragedy transcend because of his genius. A wonderful imposing movie.
