The gags weren't that funny or creative, except for the boxing part at the end. Perhaps I'm in my own camp here but I didn't find the plot exceptionally moving and felt it resolved too ambiguously after the movie ran about 30 minutes too long.
Perhaps "The Circus", "Modern Times", and "The Kid" left me with too high expectations. Masterpieces.
