Review of City Lights (1931) by Noah B — 23 May 2011
This film is one of my favorite comedies and one of my favorite films. Chaplin wraps all types of comedies, from slapstick to dark to romantic, into a film that is emotionally satisfying in every way. This film also has one of the best endings of all movies.
If a single Chaplin film were to be owned, it would be this.
