This is one of those dumb as hell but entertaining films. I notice most Westerners know this film by the STreet Fighter scene, but man forget that scene! there are far better scenes in the film, such as Leon playing a poor man's God of Gambler, Jackie Chan tracing for fingerprints, and the skateboard scene in HK.
