When I go watch movies I go in genres usually... I recall in '96 there wasn't much going on in theatres & Pacino's been in WAY 2 many movies so I wasn't exactly spent on "City Hall", but what the hell.
.. Boy I'm glad I went! What a great movie! Again NYC corruption starting w/ the Mayor's office (Pacino) meting down the line w/ his lawyer assistant (Cusak) in a not over the top political drama.
When I left I thot it wuz insightful! Maybe someone should make a movie about Villagaosa!
