Simply the best & most realistic serial killer movie ever made. Andrei Cheketilo ,a Russian & member of the Communist party who murdered over 50 children .And the uphill struggle of a Russian criminologist & army Colonel who together fight fellow Russian indifference & Communist bureaucracy to bring to justice possibly the worst monster in modern history .
Superb acting all-around !
