An intelligent and suspenseful serial killer movie without the sensationalism of others in the genre, Citizen X is a compelling and grisly account of Soviet Russia's "First" serial killer, Andrei Chikatillo (sp?).
And plus - anything with Donald Sutherland in gains extra bonus points.
