Review of Citizen X (1995) by Dan B — 07 Dec 2017
It's a low budget TV movie but that takes away nothing from this compelling true story of a Russian serial killer who had over 50 victims. The forensics expert/detective whose job it was to catch him initially received very little help from the Soviet State, who refused to accept that a serial killer could exist in their midst.
3rd time I've seen it and it still fascinated me.
