Review of Citizen Kane (1941) by Cigdem S — 25 Aug 2013
Ingmar Bergman once called Orson Welles an "infinitely overrated filmmaker." I will not go that far but after the "The Trial", which Welles called the best film he ever made, this is the second movie I simply did not enjoy.
(Yes, it is a classic, and yes, there are certain points to it that are interesting but no, I did not find it remarkable.).
