Considered by many to be the greatest film of all time, it may have more mixed reviews among a modern audience. Technically, it innovated cinema in so many ways, and any movie nerd will know that. In terms of plot, its greatest strength is that it tells a powerful story without relying much on action, romance or sex, but most modern moviegoers won't regard that as a strength.
