Cirque Du Soleil: Delirium is a transcendant work of art, capturing the a bizarre world that has fallen into madness. Without spoiling TOO much of the plot (honestly, I didn't know what the hell was going on) Delirium is a breathtaking visual and audible assault on the mind as it tries to convoy a sense of frenzy and panic that has enveloped the world in which we live in.

The good thing about Deliurium is that the performances are all excellent. The vocalists, songs, gymnastics, acrobatics, dancers, and the hula-hooper all perform magnificent displays of spectacle worthy of audience bewilderment!

The problem with Cirque is that its not worth the $ 20.00 admission rate at the theatre. Sure, its great, but you can pay more and experience the whole spectacle live WITHOUT the terribly uneven camera editing and panning. Honestly, it was stupid to show the audience alongside the performance. When I go to see a live show, I want to be lost in the performances, not bored and looking around at who else is watching!!

Overall, Cirque doesn't disappoint. However, it should never be in a theatre at the $ 20.00 price point. Lower the rate, and maybe people will come to see this wonderful work of art!!
