Review of Cirque du Soleil: Corteo (2006) by Vincent W — 23 Mar 2013

I saw this one after seeing Worlds Away, and I have to say that in comparison to that film I was disappointed. That's not to say there isn't a lot of talent here, but the newer film is just simply more fun to watch.

My biggest problem with this one is the horribly dim lighting that made me feel like I was squinting the entire time. But beyond that, this one just isn't quite as captivating as Worlds Away. There are a couple of acts that are a great deal of fun to watch, but for the most part I was underwhelmed.
