Magnificant movie, Tornatore his best film and also my favorite foreign movie, wonderfull, absolute perfection.
Directing: Giuseppe Tornatorre did a perfect job on this one, the style, the sicilian village shows joy, inspiration, love and so on.. .
Very great job with showing us how it all begins as a child to a teen to an adult. My favorite scenes must be the one where Alfredo shows the movie on the building and offcourse the last scene which must be one of the best ever.
Acting: Great performances by all the cast members. All the actors who playes Salvatore are each unique in their special way, like the child with his comedy and sadness, the teen with his love and romance and the other one with the rest :p.
Movie about movies: I love that subject, I love almost every movie ive seen where the main subject is movies. And this must be the best one of them all, thanks to Tornatorre his briljant directing. And the inspiaring music by Ennio Morricone who must be my fav. composer.
