Review of Cinema Paradiso (1988) by Diego M — 31 May 2010
What better than Italy to punch you in the face with romanticismo. Hell I don't know if that makes sense but screw it. This movie is a must see for anyone who says "I love movies" you don't love movies if you don't love Cinema Paradiso. I'm a fan of horror flicks, but this makes me cry like a little bitch no matter how many times I see it.
Pros: Alfredo (Philippe Noiret) is the grandpa father/grandpa we all want to have.
Cons: The director's cut ruins the whole theme of the movie DON'T WATCH IT, look for the Theatrical release.
