A movie so perfect that it makes other perfect movies look bad. "Cinema Paradiso" is one of the most astoundingly emotional and powerful films I've ever seen, and one of the only ones to move me to verge of tears, which has probably only happened about twice before I saw this masterpiece.
I can't recommend this movie enough, but MAKE SURE you watch the new extended edition, at nearly three hours it has not a dull moment. Brilliant in every way.
