For anyone that has ever had a dream when they were a child, for anyone that has ever longed for that first love, for anyone with a friend that became family, there is Cinema Paradiso. This film shows both sides of the choices and sacrifices we make throughout our lives, the meaning of home and loosing your childhood.
I can not recommend this movie enough. Even though the director's cut is close to three hours, the last twenty minutes is worth it, all up until the very last scene. Watch it, and love it. Enjoy!
