This is a great film that I recommend to any filmmaker, movie enthusiast, or lover of foreign films. It cleverly ties the history of film with the life of one boy whose boyhood fascination for the cinema turned into a life-long love.
I'm taking off one star because some sequences were just too lengthy for comfort.
