I imagine this was far more effective back when it came out. It's a bit cheesy now.
I appreciated seeing how people viewed movies when they first came out, though. It was a much bigger experience back then. And, sadly, the presentation of movies was often influenced by ultra-prudish religious leaders. No kissing! So bizarre.
I didn't see this as being all that romantic. The relationship was barely even there.
Not a bad movie. Just another overrated one.
