This is a truly great film. Russell Crowe is the best actor of our time. The impact of this film on the viewer is as powerful as Rocky. Injury, bad luck and this thing called the Depression sends him down the drain.
You can fight with anything but it's not an easy task to fight bad luck. There were parts that nearly made you cry and then there were parts that made you laugh out loud. He was a great father. All in all, Cinderella Man is a rousing, this is film-making at its best.
