In my opinion, this reunion of Crowe and Howard was much better than their previous film, A Beautiful Mind. Although ABM won Best Picture Oscar, but for some reason, I much prefer this film. This film has a very sweet story, about the true story of a former boxer who climbed back into the ring for the fate of his wife and son.
With a background of depression era that swept the U.S., adding even more inspiration in this film. Full of suffering, struggle, and ended with a happy, finally "Cinderella Man" is a reasonable title!!
