DONNY SAYS: Spectacularly Incredible !!! The movie depicted everything in life there are, triumph, failure, hopelessness, faith, determination, love, hope, tears and joy. This true story of James.J.Braddock, the slugger of Jersey, rose and fell during the American' great depression in 1930s. In the beginning he fought for fame, but eventually fought for milk, bread and butter for his family. The movie could teach us so many things. Never give up, have faith, and maybe someday we can rise up too.
Probably, Ron Howard's best directed movie. 5 star story line. Amazing settings and cinematography. Fantastic Academy Award Winners actors (Russel Crowe, Renee Zelweger, Paul Giamatti). Especially dialogues between James and Mae, really moving, and you can actually feel their feelings. Freaking awesome.
In my opinion, this incredible movie is a must watch for everyone; and they should make more movies like this in the future ..
