What can I say? I am very apologetic, but this is the best movie that I can ever hope to see, on the sport of boxing, to my imagination. I like Rocky, but is Scorcese a truffle man, or what? I haven't seen a more decent, well meaning movie, where the pugilists, and their managers, are supposed to be more than gentlemen.
I mistook this movie for 'Raging Bull', perhaps by the same director, and I think the Raging Bull is a prequel, or sequel to 'Cinderella Man', being the story I think of Jake La Motta.
