I had very little hope going into this film. Disney has failed in the past turning its old cartoons into live-action (Maleficent, Alice in Wonderland). This movie does stray away from the original Disney classic a little, but too much.
Its a very charming film with heart. The acting all around is great, but Cate Blanchett is the standout of this film as the Evil Step-Mother. Highly recommended for the whole family to watch.
