Review of Cinderella (2013) by Ty C — 05 Nov 2015

I thought that despite it's few flaws that stemmed from mediocre acting and bad casting choices, the movie as a whole was a feast for the eyes. Needless to say, I left the theater with a glimmer of childlike wonder on my face.

The sets and backdrops of the movie combined with the casting choices for Cinderella and Prince Charming brought me into the narrative in a way that I haven't experienced since I was a child. That being said, I can easily see how not everyone who watched this film would take away the same things that I ended up taking away from it which is quite sad.

We all need a little believable magic in our lives even as adults.
