I crush on this movie. One of my favorite lines is in the first act. It's a companion piece for "Fallen Angels." This was originally supposed to be 2 movies, together with Fallen, as a trilogy.
It began as a distraction for Wong Kar Wai while he was editing a martial arts epic "Ashes of Time." Another great use of music.
