Review of Chungking Express (1994) by Luke W — 03 Oct 2010
Director Wong Kar-Wai has some interesting filming techniques on display here, but I have the feeling that it was to distract the audience from a pair of love stories that don't go anywhere. Nevertheless, it's worth a viewing simply for the cinematography, which is easily the best aspect of the film.
