Review of Chronicle (2012) by Daniel D — 19 Aug 2013

Clever spin on the superhero genre. The director does a great job of escalating the tension and building towards a conclusion we can all see coming but are still enthralled by. The found footage gimmick does show a little wear at the seams, some of the hoops the movie jumps through to keep coming up with reasons to have a camera rolling are a little exhausting.

But, overall a very entertaining movie.
