Three teens who discover superpowers:
1. Andrew: A somewhat depressed teenager with an abusive farther and sick mother.
2. Matt: Andrew's cousin who is trying to be his friend.
3. Steve: The school's most popular student and class president.
Chronicle delivers one half of an hour of humor (and emotion) but then turns into a dark, disturbing story which is never seen in a Found-Footage film before.
