One of the better found footage films and a personal favourite of that genre, Chronicle is very well written, has awesome special effects and uses the found footage gimmick in a smart way and has surprisingly good performances.
Sometimes it does step into typical found footage territory but for the most part it was consistently great for majority of the run time. If you love found footage films or superhero films this movie will impress you.
