Review of Christopher Robin (2018) by Antoinette A — 12 Aug 2018
It astounds me that there are still people at Disney who understand the heart of the classic Disney stories. These new interpretations of the Pooh characters are filled with the love and joy that were first put on the screen so long ago. The opening of the film may be slow going for very young children. We see a lot of the grown up Christopher Robin, alone with grown up problems before Pooh returns. Young kids may not understand this section.
Once Pooh comes into the story and we return to 100 Acre Woods the movie becomes a grand adventure with much humor. The whole family enjoyed the humor and fun.
