I was looking for magic and whimsy but I think this film fell short.
Pooh seemed almost as melancholy as Eeyore throughout.
The joy that I was waiting for with the reunion of these childhood pals never really came. The happily ever after definitely arrived, but by then I wasn't really emotionally engaged enough to care.
Quite disappointing.
