A tough watch. As a character study, this is a stinging portrayal. However, as a viewer, the experience can't help but feel voyeuristic and exploitative, ironic given the protagonist's view of that type of content.
While Rebecca Hall's performance cannot be denied, one has to wonder if an expose on a clearly depressed and mentally ill individual is beyond reproach.
