Review of Christine (1987) by Bill M — 19 Apr 2015
Way underrated John Carpenter directed Stephen King adap film from the 80's (which if your a horror buff and somehow haven't seen it is music to the ears surely) it sounds in description like it's going to be bad and campy as hell, the concept is " boy buys car, car turns out to be possessed, starts to murder all those who wrong the boy", but it's actually a beautifully well made horror, with strong performances, lovely cinematography and masterful direction from Carpenter.
A really fucking good, creepy, top quality film and one of the very best King adaptations there is. A horror treat.
