Based on the novel by stephen king and john carpenter did the director this film. wow the red 1958 plymouth fury is the KILLER car and the revenge. so awesome movie and alexandra paul (leigh) and young kelly preston are lookin cute! so it like sort of "maximum overdrive" (also short story, cameo, and the director by stephen king).
