Review of Christiane F. (1981) by Louise C — 10 Jan 2015

Set in 1970's West Berlin. The start the film looks a bit seedy...it's dark and dank and seems amateurish but keep watching....it's well worth it. It's disturbing in the sense that it's a sad reflection of the world around us which has become the norm as a beautiful 14 year old girl decsends into the world of dugs from smoking cannabis at 12 to being hooked on heroin at 13.

Frighteningly realistic....watch and open your eyes to a reality we'd prefer to ignore!
