Review of Chopper (2000) by Kevin T — 14 Mar 2008
An extremely engrossing, unique cinematic experience. Brutal and distrubing, yet still outrageously funny. Eric Bana is phenomenal in playing a multi-layered psycopath, his performance is so interesting that you can't help but be sucked in by his perverse mentality.
A fresh and stylish masterpiece of violence, Andrew Dominik's unique direction and Eric Bana's brilliant perfrmance meld together to make a perfect film. A piece of filmmaking that should not be missed, unlike any other movie I've seen.
Amazing.
