Review of Chopper (2000) by Peter C — 11 Jan 2009
After spending most of the film repeating to myself over and over 'nah thats no way Eric Bana!' I was eventually pulled into this complicated character. Bana's performance is great and really draws you in to the duality of his persona.
Other than this the film suffers a little from pacing, and the bleak brutal tone can sometimes make it inaccessable. But its still refreshing to see a decent effort come out of Australia.
