Decent low budget, sci-fi, action flick that revolves around a serial killer who was injected with an alien substance and is sent out to hunt other aliens who have killed and infiltrated other humans amongst the city.
After taking out about a dozen of these fuckers, the serial killer starts having flashbacks and visions of his former self, thus slowly reverting back to his serial killer stage. This movie really wasn't that bad.
The effects and acting suffer from the usual low budget woes, but it manages to entertain moderately for 90 minutes.
