Review of Choke (1971) by Willem W — 30 May 2009
I never read the book, so I have no frame of reference for this, but it was quite fucked up, almost to the point of alienating the audience. It had some funny parts, but seemed to be only halfway conceived.
.. not great, but not terrible either. And what is it with the author's use of 12 step groups? Both Fight Club and this...???
