Review of Choke (1971) by Ross M — 23 Jul 2009
It's a movie, you take the disc out of the case and put it in the DVD player and you then push some buttons. The tv screen shows a bunch of moving images, you know actors who say things to each other and walk around and stuff.
That's what a movie is, this is an example of a movie. You can eat dinner while you watch it or get caught up on bills and the like.
When it's over you take it out of the player and put it back in the box. It's that kind of movie. The movie is based on a book by the same guy who wrote Fight Club so the execs were rubbing their hands together in expectation, didn't work out that way. The book was better.
